Moody Mauve is an independent art label dedicated to creating original hand-painted artworks. Every piece is created with care and is intended to be collected as an original work of art.

2. Original Artworks
All artworks available through Moody Mauve are original hand-painted creations unless expressly stated otherwise.
As each artwork is individually created by hand, natural variations in texture, brushwork, colour, and finish are an inherent part of the artistic process and should not be considered defects.
Many artworks are produced as one-of-one originals or in extremely limited quantities. Once sold, an artwork may not be available again.

3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Moody Mauve reserves the right to modify prices, availability, and product information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and accepted by Moody Mauve.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or artwork availability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, artwork size, framing requirements, and courier availability.
While every effort is made to ensure safe packaging and timely dispatch, Moody Mauve is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, customs authorities, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are generally considered final.
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information regarding eligibility, damaged shipments, or exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to artworks, paintings, photographs, illustrations, logos, branding, designs, text, graphics, videos, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Moody Mauve unless otherwise stated.
